A MESSAGE FROM OUR HEAD COACH
I have been playing and coaching volleyball for more than 25 years. My teams have won medals and championships at national and international competitions. For me, every one of those results belongs to the whole team. It comes from working together, discipline, trust, and the wish to keep getting better.
Since 2024 I have been coaching young athletes here in Canada, and I keep learning as a coach.
To me, volleyball is more than a sport. It teaches players to work as a team, get through hard moments, take responsibility for their actions, and believe in themselves. My main job is to help every player improve, not only in skill and fitness, but as a person. I want players to grow in confidence, support each other, and not be afraid of mistakes. Progress comes from hard work and steady learning. I believe every player can develop when she gets the right direction, support, and a chance to show what she can do.
My message to the players
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. They help us get better.
Give your full effort.
Support your teammates.
Believe in yourself.
Most of all, love volleyball and enjoy the game.
